So we have started the design on car #24 to support businesses in Townsville and on Magnetic Island, and of coarse our resort on Magnetic Island - Sapphire Resorts & Spas P/L. I hope if you attend the Townsville event you pop on the 20min ferry to our Island. If you visit our main restaurant tell Sarah (our wonderful manager) that Tony from Dragon Motor Racing sent you and she will give you a free coffee and cake - but make sure you specially ask for her chocolate coated raspberry with your coffee. The coffee is the best you will ever taste as it is made with fresh Australian grown beans from far north QLD using our old Italian Leva coffee machine. Also make sure you ask for one of Chef Trevors Famous Eye Fillet Burger, I think they are only around $12, but again the best you will ever eat. We will have around 20-30 of our DMR Team on the Island so please say hello and with a bit of luck we can convince our Esperance Employee (she hasnt got the email yet!) to come over and take plenty of pics of you with our team at our resort parties and the race event. We really hope to see you on Magnetic Island during the Townsville Race in early July.
