So we now have a brand new FLS release on tap. Our Wheat based Farmhouse style Saison rolls in at a deceptive 7 % abv. We found that it is scarily easy to drink with a peppery dry, spicy, crisp and refreshing finish. Brewed with 75 % Unmalted wheat, Pilsner malt, some light crystal and dextrin malt. As usual we fermented it with our house Saison yeast blend a blend of 7 different yeast strains. This is good news for the rest of you because this last keg of Bourbon barrel aged Coffee Whopper is now pouring for the non FLA members. Tomorrow is Firken Friday for this months offering we have for you a Farmhouse Ale with locally grown Lavender, rose petals, mandarin orange and rio red grapefruit zests. We cask conditioned it with Orange Blossom honey. 3 dollar Belgian Tulips till the beer is gone. We thank you all for your support this last year many more years and beers to follow. Cheers,
