So we ordered from GriDelis North, I usually get a burger (surprise) and lemon rice when I go there and I mean I have been doing it for three years (approximately). I started doing it when I was at the salon close to GriDelis and the girls there were suggesting I try the amazing lemon rice. Today when I place my order I get told NO lemon rice as a side, only with the gyro meal..., I even stated that I had done this before but there was silence, the person on the other end of the phone was going to take my money under HIS terms and he did only because Andy was waiting to go pick it up and I did not want to go though the convo of well now where would you like to eat. Customer service is so pathetic. How do businesses survive when they dont care about the service they provide which directly impacts their reputation and future success. So guess what Ashley Poulson, Dun Dunn Dunnn, that place is OFF MY LIST!
