So we stop for gas in Middletown Ohio earlier today. An elderly gentleman seems to be waiting for me to exit the store. Standing just a tad to close to my rear bumper. As I approach he starts chatting it up about a future Hall of Famer Jalin Marshall. An incredible football player that lives in Middletown. In this thick drawl he tells me how he is starting for the college and is gonna put a hurt on those northern boys. I ask what college? With that question asked his face contorts with disgust as if I just shit on his Christmas Dinner table. He then replies, The Ohio State University. With that he looks at my license plate and says, where you from? I said with a smile , close to Ann Arbor. His reply to that was "Im sorry". He then sauntered to his ride and drove away. Holy shit I think ...I just got schooled by an old dried up Buckeye. Crazy stuff people.
