So...we used to walk our dog around the field at the SE corner of Shields and Prospect, down along Spring Creek before there was a trail...along the edge of Hill Pond... Back in there was this amazing landscaped BBQ pit and party area built as layers and steps of stone. It basically forms the east side damn of the Pond. It also comprises part of the back yard of some gorgeous, secluded home Ive always wondered about... I recently had reason to roam around the area for the first time, in a long, long time, and managed to find the place (lots of memories), and the house... The trail, bridges, fences were all new (to me)...and so is google earth... The house exists seemingly isolated from the larger Hill pond development, on Winterberry Way, and must have some sort of history Ive always been curious about (still am...)>>[attached is a map, the ground view of the front of the home and a photo I took of the mythical place Sookha used to wear himself out in while my step brother and I...hung out... Anyone know anything about it? (if it is your house...thanks for the memories, use of the beautiful spot...and my apologies for any invasion of privacy... :) )
