So week one of my 90 day challenge is over. Im disappointed because I didnt excercise at all. I ate what I normally eat. (Although, Usually just half of it-not bc Im dieting but bc I physically could not eat it all) so I had pizza, hot dogs, fried fish sandwich to name a few.. But even given my lack of moving my portion controlledbad food I lost 2 pounds:) Id say my supplements were the only thing that worked (since I didnt) this week! 2lbs a week gets me close to my goal of minus 40 by mid January. Im no longer using IT WORKS as a crutch. Its a tool and its proven to work. Using that tool with my arsenal of what I know Im capable of physically and consumption wise I will do better this week!! Stay tuned!
