So went to Wal-Mart yesterday and today. So NOT impressed with the shit show they have for employees working the front end. I bought Tavion a new car seat yesterday. The cashier comes around to scan the box, but has to shift it to find the bar code. The asshole damn near hit Azaiah in the head the way he jerked it up to rest on the back of the seat, and he KNEW my baby was in the seat if the cart. And the asshole didnt have the courtesy to put the box back in the cart right. Had he hit my child with the box I would have torn him a new asshole so everyone can see how rude and inconsiderate he is! Then today I decided to give them another chance, and really needed to just go there for the items I needed anyway, and the cashier was a total shit. He paid no attention to the products he was scanning, barely spoke loud enough to hear, tried rushing the lady in front of me who was trying to unload her cart onto the belt while he was poorly bagging stuff up. Then he rings in her coupons, one wont go through. So he buzzes the front end supervisor. We can clearly see her checking her thing, standing at her little podium, drinking her tea, before she slowly saunters over (all the while talking on her little headset) she acts, looks, and talks like she doesnt want to be there, then asks the lady if she is buying the item and the lady answers, I have three bags of it, and the cashier couldnt even answer if he saw himself ring it up. He wanted to check the over full cart to see if she did. So the lady says, if you want to go through it all yourself, go ahead, and asks if there is a receipt he can look at, he prints one then reads it, and throws the receipt away. I know the lady stepped aside and talked to the front end supervisor after she paid, but I dont know what happened after that. So finally he rings me up, and aside from him barely talking above a mumble, he was okay with me. But let me tell you what, never have I been anywhere where I have seen such terrible customer service from the employees and the supervisors! And two visits in a row mind you!! Let alone the fact that multiple employees saw me looking at heavy products but didnt bother to offer to help or get help (the one lady saw me stand up after loading the 70 lb dresser into the bottom of the cart and shook her head and kept walking). Like seriously? The only person who had fantastic customer service, and I dearly wish I would have gotten his name, was a gentleman who was out getting the carts and stopped and asked me if I needed help loading the dresser into my van, and then did so, and even waited for me to unload the cart so he could take it before he took off.
