So, weve had our new e-x-p-a-n-d-e-d dinner menu in force for a bit. Its time to start adding specials! Here, for your reading (and hopefully dining) pleasure, are the specials for May 2 & 3: All meals come with a ripped greens salad and just-baked cheesy biscuits. Lemony Spinach Pasta Toss (vegetarian) A cheesy, creamy sauce with sautéed onions, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers all tumbled with bowtie pasta. Blackened Salmon (gf) A skinless filet of wild-caught Norwegian salmon sautéed with spicy Cajun seasonings, served over wild rice medley mixed with bits of fresh pineapple and cilantro, served with tonights fresh vegetable and our Sweet Vidalia slaw. Very Veggie Stir Fry (vegan, gf) A colorful assortment of fresh vegetables and bean sprouts stir-fried with a handful of garlic, ginger and fresh herbs. Served over wild rice medley. (Add chicken, steak, or shrimp if you like!) What do you think? Are we on the right track here?
