So what a day, work was slow (ie lack of busy-ness), trying to fill the time, needing stimulation ish. Filling my time, productively.. yes! Then union meeting, in which i was elected to be primary alternate delegate, so what that means, simplified, is i will be representing our members when issues arise concerning management, and going to convention to be a delegate, in toronto this year, to deal with issues concerning our proposed merger with the united steel workers (a much larger international in scope union). Rights in general speak to me as a person, and so i am proud to be in this position to represent, and be influential in the best way i know how. I stand firmly for the rights of workers, that are sometimes negated or overlooked consciously or not, in favor of other rights, company or customers, or other. Theres a balance to be had. Namaste.
