All of them are related to them ALL being illegal. But we will ship from the USA if you email us your order number right after your order. And I mean right after... The Chinese are not crap. In fact they are industrious people who will pack your order and get it gone in 30 minutes if you arent careful. So email right away or better yet, order by phone and ask for domestic shipping. 2. People hated paying for testing good products and return shipping. Ok, Gone! 3. People think that they get denied warranty for apparently bullshit reasons. Some are for good reasons like you cant cut your wires in half and send it back. You think the factory is taking that back? In other cases, I agree with you. You will likely see the policies being MORE liberal. We arent door mats. But we arent bad people. Lets see how that goes. 4. You think our products are cheap. Well at least competitors and resellers of other products. Probably because they have to defend why something is so expensive. And they should. My TV analogy is for real. You can buy a nice HiDef TV for $99.00 Why in Gods name people think an HID kit is worth that is beyond me. Maybe Ill post pics of whats inside them, including competitors ballasts. Ive got them. Our products are affordable. And they are very good quality. 5.People think our failure rate is high. Its less than 3%. Thats too high for me. We work on this all the time. 6. People like the old full size ballast. I have to admit, its a great ballast. Its failure rate is less than 1%. Since everyone says quality is worth a gazillion, trillion dollars, I tell you what, Ill bring it back to sell alongside our other kits. Instead of $29.95 it will have to sell at $39.95.
