So what do I do for fun? Not much anymore, my enjoyment comes from making others smile and happy. My nephew bought his little son an CRF100. It was a little too tall, and he had never ridden so the clutch was to much. Today I had the opportunity to snag a well rusted and worn Yamaha PW80. Guess who sold so many PW parts over the last decade that Boyesen agreed to continue making PW50 and PW80 reeds... yep thatd be me. Point being, I have cylinders, piston kits, reeds, airfilters, levers, cables even found a full PW80 plastic kit brand new in the box. I casually mentioned ON FB that Id be honored if my nephew let me teach his son, my great nephew to ride. Im sure he was thinking the CRF100 he got him was too much.... he doesnt know Im going to have a semi-auto Pee Wee for him to learn how to ride/shift on before we put him on the CRF100. Im so stoked. Ive ridden with two or three of my nephews both street and off-road but never any of their kids. So this will be a treat for me... :) Now if I can just come up with a seat or seat cover LOL Its a raw chunk of foam! haha
