So, what do you all do when you start to feel an illness coming on? Woke this morning with tightness in the chest, tickle in the throat and coughing up phlegm(sorry, I know its early to talk about the grossness of phlegm!) Ive started a massive intake of fluids and vitamin C along with Mucinex. Just concerned the cold Ohio air in and out of the lungs during my runs will amplify the situation.....what say you?
