So what happens when you go into a game not fully focused? You get bruised and play below par. I went into tonights game not completely focused on our game tonight and I walked more batter than I have unintentionally all season and I got hit a couple times because I didnt get my glove in position (and I have the bruises to prove it,,,,ouch) and lastly I allowed 5 runs to score because of silly mistakes, i.e. thinking we had 2 outs when we only had one and throwing the ball into center field instead of to second... Not a good night! When my biorhythms say Im in a low cycle I should pay more attention...for my own safety!
