Hes just finished telling the 1200 or so refugees in detention on Nauru they have to stay there indefinitely or return home or agree to be dumped in Cambodia. Dont be fooled by the wording around the help and support supposedly offered in the Cambodia option. Theyre the same policy-makers that dumped refugees in the Nauruan jungle two hours from the town, with no clean water to drink.
