So, whats going on at the ACC these days thats causing so many cats to be dehydrated? There was a euth list cat last night who had litter stuck to his face, bloody nasal discharge, and dehydration, although he was perfectly healthy when he came into the ACC---and now, Maksim presents a very similar scenario. Maksim is 2 years old, she was brought in as a stray a couple of days after Christmas, and she was the picture of health. Fast forward to 1/5 and she is dehydrated, and has hard feces in her colon; her medical notes for 1/6 continue to mention dehydration and have added lethargic to her notes. If they cant even keep cats hydrated, its no wonder they cant do anything as complicated as get them adopted. Please do what the NYCACC cannot do---find a home for Maksim, tonight!
