So whats the definition of a clique? It confuses me. For the most part I dont care what others do. I actually prefer my own company way too much. And when I need some I turn to Mike or my family. But recently I have seen the hurt that a clique can cause to my teens. My heart breaks as I watch this lesson unfold in the hearts of my girls. My reaction is to reject the parties responsible and go for something cleaner. Cliques are wrong and I want no part of it. But whats wrong with a group of friends just enjoying each others company? Obviously EVERYONE cant be in the same place at the same time. I think a clique is when you deliberately exclude someone else from being a part of a group if they would wish too. When I have a party ALL are welcome. If it packs the house. So be it. If I am going skating all are welcome. A ride may be a problem. I have even been known to pay for some to go along.
