So whats up with Pottery Barns shipping policies and customer service? I bought 2 parson chairs for the dining room way back in September to be delivered like now. They were silent, I dug up the order, called customer service, was on hold for 14 minutes and started getting aggravated. Finally got a very nice lady who said they arent coming until November 20 and she cant guarantee that. I cancelled them. Ill go to some nice old antique store in Charleston and find something.
