So when I moved I had to go to Comcast for service because the HOA uses them. My service didnt work for 14 days while I traveled to their office trading in faulty equipment and being put on a contract which I was never consulted about. They had a missed service call which I was told I would get a $20 credit for that they do not see anymore even though the first customer service out of three I talked to today confirmed for me….three customer service representatives later I am waiting for retention. A million dollars says they will send me an outrageous final bill even though I am within their 30 day money back guarantee window and if I dont pay it will be on my credit! HELP! DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIGHT THIS?
