So when you are on the phone with Canon and they are saying they are doing what they can for you but as a professional you should have more than 1 camera because a baseball player wouldnt go to work with just one baseball. Yeah thats the moment you lose your cool and hang up the phone. Im sorry that I can not afford 2 $2000 cameras and 2 $2500 lenses. Just send me my gear and I will figure it out myself. This is the canon service office in VA not Canon itself. But I am so over dealing with them right now I am highly thinking of changing gear. I am literally in tears crying. I would love to have backups. I cant afford it. So I should just say well I dont have the money to be a photographer.
