So, while Mom was here we got up every day, had a leisurely lunch, and then headed out for the day sometime between 1 and 2pm. I decided that I should keep that habit in motion in order to get over this lack of energy that set in with all the sick of this winter. Today I got up and went to yoga. Then I went to Costco and spent several hours going through and reading labels to see what I could actually eat. Usually I just let myself get discouraged and bail on the grocery shopping. When I got home I had a nice dinner of roast chicken with cherry gravy (thank you Dylan!) and a big salad. I then gutted out my food closet and did dishes. I pretty productive day (at least as judged by my usual standards... giggle).
