So while in stop & shop today I met a man at the sweet corn. Hey it happens !! So he told me Im cookin all wrong & he can teach me how !! Seems to happen to me lately wherever I go , especially in stop & shop !! Anyway, he told me , dont boil the sweet corn in a pan of water !! Peel all the layers of peel off accept the last layer. Then place 2 ears of corn in the microwave for 4 minutes. ( i just did mine for 5 minutes). He said wait a while then peel off the final later , butter it & enjoy. He promised me it would be the sweetest Ive ever had. And he was right. !! Ive always prepared sweet corn like my mom used to. Sorry mom but never again. This was a hell of a lot easier & better tasting. , sweeter. Lot less work & hassle to prepare. !!
