So while some people can argue that he broke the law, consider this: Fact 1: His family used these public lands for grazing his cattle since 1877, long before a BLM even existed. Fact 2: BLM bureaucrats decided to impose grazing fees on public lands through some bureaucratic regulation proclamation, not exactly a rule of law. Fact 3: If these bureaucratic mandates were so equitable, why has 47 other Nevada ranchers that used to graze their cattle on these public lands now no longer in the cattle business? Fact 4: The BLM elected to classify the Desert Tortoise as an endangered specie thereby closing the public lands to all cattle grazing. If indeed this Desert Tortoise is endangered, why is this same tortoise being euthanized in another preserve in the same State of Nevada by the Federal Government due to lack of funds? Fact 5: Since when did the Federal Government supersede the State of Nevada on its public lands? Fact 6: Where did the BLM obtain a budget to employ K-9 dogs, armed rangers and various other para military style equipment? barracudabrigade.blogspot/2014/04/heartbreaking-cliven-bundy-live-town.html
