So who is coming to the Sunday run tomorrow 9.00am??? -- Sunday run - September 14 A somewhat challenging cross country route through the beautiful Brickhill Woods. There is parking at at the top of the hill just past the church, but if we have a lot of participants (and if you dont often get the chance to run in this area I strongly recommend it), then there is parking on the road as you head down into Bow Brickhill. If you let me (07792 149 643) or Ian (07507 162687) know youre on your way then well happily wait for you. Please note that cross country, particularly through the woods does require a little extra concentration, and if youre not used to it, remember to keep your eyes on the terrain as tree roots and sudden troughs and mounds can easily cause you a wobble or two. Ill mention this again in the pre-run chat. This is the standard hour run, give or take 10 minutes, and there will be a half hour extra for those that fancy it.
