So whos heard of earthing or grounding? No, not the electrician type. The walking barefoot on the earth type. A friend of mine mentioned it to me a few months ago. I just thought of it again today because with Summer coming all us swimmers and beach lovers get plenty of direct skin contact with the earth. Maybe its one of the reasons we feel and sleep better over Summer (well I do anyway). The theory goes that the earths negative charge is good for us. Maybe because for millions of years we walked barefoot and slept on the ground. So in a modern world we have to remember to touch the earth to get the charge our bodies love! I didnt invent this theory, just heard about it. Interesting I think. Even if its all mumbo jumbo I love being barefoot anyway so I cant loose either way!
