So, why am I teaching chocolate classes? Fun, yes. World changing, no, right? Who knows? Eating and learning to make food which is in alignment with your values, in this case, organic cocoa and coconut oil, honey from just down the road which supports honeybees which are well cared for - connecting with a world of healthy ecosystems, and people connected with the place they live, may this make a difference? Working within a co-creative framework supported by the natures intelligences? Learning to follow our own gut feelings? Hmmm.
