So with the Halloween season here, I must share a story..... Kendall was about 6 years old. We lived at Cobblestone Square in Cicero. Every year we would Trick or Treat at Darby Farms. Every year on a corner there would be a house that would do a haunted house in their garage. He looked forward to it because he would get good candy if he got to the coffin. (We lived there for 4 yrs.+) Anyways.... I am scared shitless of Michael Myers.... Something about a Psych patient putting a mask on and stalking and killing people...(it could happen) So, I pull up on the road where the haunted house is and in the middle of the road, THERE ..... is MICHAEL MYERS with his MACHETE just standing there. I nicely said to Kendall Maybe this year is not a good year to go to the haunted house. I get Mommy dont worry I will tell him to go away as he is getting out of the car...(he knows I dont like him) At this time Michael Meyers sees him running towards him and cocks his head to one side..... I shit my pants at that point... thinking REALLY? I say KENDALL GET BACK HERE!!!! Kendall says running with his Halloween bag in tow.... Dont worry....(running to Michael).... He literally tugged on his cover alls and says... Can you go away so my mom and I can go in the haunted house? Mom dont like you and wont go in if you are here.... Michael turns around drops his head and walks away sulking....... I love my baby boy.... Ahhhhh memories.....
