So with the new committee that has been formed to review the rules - TopicsExpress

So with the new committee that has been formed to review the rules regarding Bullbars laws in NSW what has been their outcome to date. All these comments of unknown legal facts is just confusing bullbar owners. We need a set of concise rules with approved exact measurement requirements & approved bars / manufacturers with airbag certification for new vehicles that have been certified by the roads & maritime service that vehicle owners can comply with & police officers can also use for certification of legal bars. I am a concerned driver who lives in rural New South Wales with a 5 post bull bar that has crash test & airbag certification & according to the roads & maritime website statement regarding vehicle frontal protection it is completely legal. I have a $ 70,000.00 dollar vehicle & the reason for the bar is to protect my investment against collisions with feral animals as I see them morning & night in my travels. Nor can I afford to buy a new vehicle or pay for the repairs for each collision I have with roos / pigs etc.
