So woke up feeling rough if you have COPD you will understand tight chest, lung pain could have easily laid on the couch and had a pity party! Many reasons for this missing doses of my medicine, smaller doses,not eating enough etc...etc! So what do I do a dose of meds and a 5.6 mile walk before noon! I push myself its a blessing and a curse! You reading this do a little more of whatever you do today!
