So... wow... thrilled that INTO THE WOODS has earned the biggest opening weekend ever for a movie adapted from a Broadway musical, $46.1 million in North America, and already jumping to #14 on the all-time movie musicals list! I dont think it will catch Les Miserables or Mamma Mias $140+ million, much less Chicago ($170m) or Grease ($188m), but should at least top $100 million and already a Hollywood success story!
