So ya... What r the odds? My clients and I go to view a new 2 bed condo lower Lonsdale ( show suite). On the market pre sale for 200 days then built for at least 6 months. We decide to write an offer but learn an hour later we are in competition!! Never has Intracorp run in to this!! We wrote quick close, and flexible terms and obviously asking price, and just found out we won! But.....seriously unlikely circumstance.
