So, yall know I have a serious problem with hipster ramen joints. Conversly, I have a SERIOUS problem with overseas hipster burger joints. I shake my damn head every time I see million dollar decors, $15 set burger menus, uneccesary ridiculous toppings, and cheapskates when it comes to sauces. I hate hipster burger joints overseas. By definition, Hipster burgers would not be able to survive in the US. Same goes for hipster pho. Too bad hipster ramen can flourish. Classic burger experience: Cheeseburger wrapped in foil. In a brown paper bag. Filled to the brim with freedom fries. Fountain drink. All for 10 bucks. The difference is freshness. The burger is juicy, hot, steaming. Dont toast my buns, I dont need it! Let it steam in the heat in the foil. Fries should be oil burning hot too... fresh. Ordered a little burger (quarter pounder) with little fries (fills up the whole bag). Living in Asia for nearly two months, I dont have the appetite I once did. Cant handle the regular sizes anymore. I hate hipster burgers. Dont give me bullshit. No frills. Keep them classic. They are a classic.
