So yeah, I felt that I was plenty hydrated stretched enough and did what I had to do potassium and fluid. As I read several post about people that run, I guess there are those that no matter what if they run certain distances even for years that there legs get so soar they can barely walk. Well as of this morning and last night, Im right there. The only suggestions are ibuprofen, stretches, soak the legs in water and Epsom salt, hot pack and then cold pack alternations. I hope this doesnt last too long weve got a 5k to run on the 21st.
