So yeah....... The past year or so I have been kinda forcing myself to be able to do my thing a little quieter at times. If for nothing else, so I can actually groove and hear the monitoring system and sing in key. LOL! (Well... Most of the time)... Anyhow... I do however still love to crank it up. But... The next time I am asked by a venue if I could bring it down just a bit and I think to myself... Well this kinda sucks... Cant really get my sound or vibe at this volume... I will think of this video. Amazing how much a true professional can do with so little.... I mean Cmon... He doesnt even have a fancy shirt on! LOL!! I hope to grow up to be able to pull this type of thing off one day... I think we all as musicians can learn something from a guy like this. My hats off to you Robert Cray. You are a true master of your craft...
