So yes. DNNs done, by mutual assent of all six past and present principals of the business. It will be hard for many people to understand without hearing of the struggles we endured, and we have not told those stories because we never wanted to entangle the public mission and message of DNN with the private, personal trials and insults we each endured to bring it off. There were so many. Yeah, I know, poor me. Look, it was great. But it was also terrible. Walk a mile in my shoes, and all that. The big screaming question right now will of course be, why not let other willing people take it on? The answer is, we have sincerely tried that, more than once, and it only led to more good souls chewed up and spat out. We have incredibly capable, motivated, and well-intentioned friends. We want them to stay that way. Thats why were not going to hand them this meth pipe, no matter how bad they insist they know what theyre in for. No, you dont. It will toast you. You cant prevent it. We love you and so we are protecting you from injury. More to come.
