So yes I self medicated myself before seeing the radiation doc the next morning. Great thing about being a nurse. Thursday morning I met with the doc and I had him once before when I went through radiation. Well I was so happy he was there. I loved him. He spent 2 hours going over everything with my mom and I. He not only looked at me medically, but spiritually as well. It was so much more than I ever expected. He would have started radiation if I wanted that day. But he felt since I was having no symptoms he really wanted an MRI to get a good picture. So I agreed to wait for the MRI which they arranged for Friday morning. Again Michelle being by my side to support my mom and I. My dream team has now expanded. I worked on other alternatives and things I did in the past are suddenly reappearing in my diet. I will fight this with all I have!
