So yesterday Chris and I just finished our competition for the year and we decided to have a rest day and go on a food crawl. Meal 1. McDonalds breakfast - Grocery shopping Meal 2. Chicken King Meal 3. Gloria Jeans Caffe - Supplements shopping Meal 4. El Jannah Meal 5. Empanadas Caffe FILO restaurant Meal 6. Outback Steakhouse Meal 7. Good old Krispy Kreme Donuts Meal 8. Back to McDonalds Feeling sick and cravings are now out of the way. Today we are Back to Basics training and healthy eating. It sure was an adventure. #thatbulklife
