Now remains below 180 constantly , for the last two years, doing nothing different consciously ), and everything else just perfect! So, of course, I am bragging about this . At 2pm., I start to get a headache. By 6pm., my stomach is doing double flips. I have never been affected by a flu shot before: once, got the flu two weeks after. But the Bragging ...
