So yesterday Jason and I decided to take the boys scooters and show them how its done. These arent regular scooters- you move your feet as though your roller skating to make it go... Well as were going down the hill I realized I forgot to ask how you stop it. I was going fast enough I knew if I jumped off on the concrete I most likely would kiss some teeth goodbye so I did the only other thing I could think of- ran it into the grass. As it stopped immediately ... I didnt. A front flip and roll later , my ego was crushed, my new pants torn, my knee has a bruise the size of Texas and my entire body is paying for that rebellious move this morning! As my husband laughed so hard he had tears rolling down his cheeks he did get out- did I forget to tell you where the brakes were?? Im doing the only thing a women in this situation can do. I plan on claiming back my dignity tonight on the horrible hill!!! Stay tuned and please pray for me! :))
