So yesterday a At&t technician called our house talking about fixing our dsl. Thing is, we dont HAVE At&t. He had our basic information which confused the both of us. Today, a new Wireless Router came in the mail addressed to my grandfather from At&t and I just spent the past half hour on the phone with 3 different confused At&t personnel who have NO IDEA why this thing was sent to us. They have no record of it.
