So yesterday afternoon I took the last green Peppers of summer, cleaned and then boiled them until tender, then I mixed together some ground beef, onion, cooked brown rice a little ketchup, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and barbecue sauce to taste, stuffed the peppers until over the top, and place them in a loaf pan sprayed with oil cover place all left over meat mix in the pan around the peppers, sprinkle the top with barbecue sauce cover with aluminium foil bake for 50 minutes the last 10 minutes with the foil taken off and its yummy time
