So yesterday was the day for my first wedding cake of the year. And what better way to start then the ultimate frozen cake for a beautiful winter wonderland wedding. ❄️💜❄️ With this being only my second wedding cake Ive made I admit I was a bag if nerves, and even forgot a vital element whilst stacking the cake - but all arrived safe and sound so crisis averted. My first cake delivery was ever so slightly..... tense..... Think my teeth were gritted and hands tight on the wheel all the way from Bury to Bulmer (other side of Sudbury) in the pouring rain and strong winds. Lol Overall I am really happy with the cake (for a change) and cant wait for the next wedding. 😃 Hope the happy couple had a truly magical day and wishing them all the happiness for the future.
