So, yesterday we took Kristopher to the Natural Science Center in Greensboro. In one particular room was an exhibit of snakes and tarantulas. A staff member had a snake out and was letting people touch it. Now....a few years back I woukd have ran over small children to get out of the presence of a snake. However something overcame me and i said to self "self...it is a small snake. It is kind of pretty too. Perhaps i should touch it." Ni fear. As I had this snake halfway up my arm a woman walks into the room with her kids. She looks at the staff member and I as the snake is doing loop de loops on my hand, and she asks.... "is that a dangerous snake? Is that one of the venomous kind that can kill you?" Moral of the story......these people vote.
