So yesterday we tried a different approach to training back & biceps, and am quite pleased with todays resulting soreness/results. This was done on three different exercises, same technique. Be careful not to go too heavy, thus avoiding any tendency to cheat. 15 reps per set. For the first 5 reps: 1 second up, 1 second down Next 5: 2 seconds up, SQUEEZE for 2 seconds at the top, 2 seconds down Last 5 reps: 4 seconds up, SQUEEZE for 4 seconds at the top, 4 seconds down. After each set, proceed immediately to the next exercise, minimizing rest time, which allows for greater intensity. All in all good stuff!
