So you are short on time... Do you then do Cardio or Strength training? Here is my quick combo of the two combined in to a quick interval. I personally LOVE lifting weights.. #goHeavyORgoHome ;) 20 Step ups each leg 20 Push Ups 20 Tricep Dips 20 Squats with Shoulder raise Repeat 4 x through. Add Heavy weights to your step ups and Squats to increase your body temperature and Burn more Fat!!!! Happy Fit Tip Friday~
