So you think your better than me? Sometimes I see people so full of themselves looking down on others like they are less than. I begin to wander why they think they are better than anyone else! We all are created by God and individually we all have struggles but NOBODY is perfect or better than anyone else! Money don’t make you better! Beauty don’t make you better! Education don’t make you better! A life honoring Christ makes you a better person inwardly with and outward expression but still you are not better than anyone else either! I am quickly reminded of one of the most beautiful angels that was in heaven! He took on an “I’m better than God attitude” and Got kicked out of heaven! The bible describes the kicking out like this! Luke 10:18 He replied, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.” Pride is the reason people don’t think they need God. I see many famous people dismissing God like he is nothing and that they don’t need him! Some even claim to be God not saying no names! Its a dangerous place to play! Realistically every breathe we take comes from God so I guess it’s safe to say WE need God! Today’s post is personal because I hate seeing people being tricked into being prideful! Satan don’t care how he gets you to disobey God! Satan just knows what struggle you have and that if he strokes you the right way maybe you will fall for it! Sadly a lot of people have been robbed by Satan because they to thought they knew better than God. Very heart breaking to watch people in this place because I know how the story will end! Their pride will bring them to shame! Look at the news how the entertainment business is full of people being prideful they get exposed for their behaviors! They may have an Agent to clean up their messes but it doesn’t get them off the hook with God! Who sees all of the mistreatment of his people because of peoples prideful ways! If you are dealing with prideful people on the job on or in your family pray that God will allow them to see their ways so that dont come to shame! Satans shame is he will live in hell forever! Many will choice this way over Gods way and hell will be their shame as well! Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished.” “Galatians 6:3New International Version (NIV) 3 If anyone thinks they are something when they are not, they deceive themselves”
