Soap box moment: I agree that when subs go out to play they need to be respectful. But in the same way, the teams need to be respectful of the subs! We are happy to go out and play and help teams out that are short, but when subbing for a team and that team is not respectful to the subs, the managers need to hold their teammates accountable. I subbed for a team last night that was rude and disrespectful. A guy slightly yelled at me for being out of position (because I made my 15th run up the line without getting the ball. Also, not cool to invite women out and then not play them!!!) when I spoke up, another male player said well if you dont like it, then you can f$&@ing leave. Which is exactly what I did! I have subbed for many teams in is board and have never experienced this. Its not something I wish to experience again, nor should anybody have to! Steps off soap box.
