Soapbox time::::::: Election time is here again. Being midterm elections somehow to many Democrats means they dont need to get out and vote. This misnomer could not be further from the truth. This is a very important election in the state of Georgia and the nation. I want to ask every person I am connected to to make a pledge NOW to get out and vote. In Haralson County there is a Democrat ticket run off that will be held on Tuesday. Please go out and vote on Tuesday if you voted Democrat in the primary, or if you DID NOT VOTE in the primary on either ticket you can still go and vote in this runoff. If every Democrat went to the voting booth in November, we could turn every state in the union Blue. If you are tired of the child like behavior in Washington DC and in the state Capitals, get out and vote the bums out. Jason Carter wants to put the money back in our schools. Deal has stripped money from education since the day he was sworn in. We need a governor who is for the people, not for themselves. I will be the first to admit that I love to complain when I dont like what is happening in the state or national capital. BUT, I have every right to complain, because I VOTE IN EVERY ELECTION. You should too. Please make the pledge to vote, and while you are at it you can pledge to help others get to the polls. Spread the word that EVERY VOTE COUNTS. Stepping off Soapbox:::::::::
