Soccer stars always do this&many other people especially us Africans.Whenever we get money we think new car.But thanks to wise men&women&all these tv shows that teach wisdom on handling finances. Now we know you can invest money at Discovery etc or buy property.You can never go wrong with property.Property gains as the years go by but a car as soon as you drive it out of the showroom loses value.Even if you have a home,you can purchase extra property and do it up a little and sell or rent it out.Or do up the property you already have so when you resell youll get more buck. Its better late than never to learn.
