Writes Naho Cliff Mudzunga Tshikhala As a die-hard Kaizer Chiefs supporter, I believe that were all licking our wounds after we came across AS Vitas fury yesterday in DRC as we were hoping to take a step further to the group stages of the clubs continental competition. Yes, we have a mountain to climb, but what matters most is the kind of attitude we carry towards approaching the mountain. From where I am standing, the DRC team took full advantage of their home ground and scored 3 past us, which is how you advance in this type of competition. Here are the simple basics to make it steps to follow to succeed in this type of competions: - You must score as many as you can at home - Try as much as you can not to concede at home Vita did exactly that. We wouldve done the same thing if we got the home advantage for the first leg. Now that it is all in the past, I believe weve seen where we lost it, we have the whole week to fix our errors. What we MUST do: • When the DRC Congo club come to our back yard, they MUST be put to the sword. • We MUST throw everything at them: spoons, knives, cups, pots, potatoes, tomatoes - whatever we can to win this one. • We MUST go all out and try our level best to surpass their score, even if it means fielding all our strikers, then be it. In Amakhosi I believe and trust we will rally behind our boys and fly the S.A flag high. This will definitely bring disappointments to our haters who are celebrating our misery. Amakhosi, go out there and make us proud, Manchester United came from behind to win and qualify for the quarter finals of the same competition in Europe. Quick thoughts? Can Amakhosi bounce back?
