Job Description: Proficient conducting statistical analysis at varying levels of complexity. Perform tailored research and provide guidance and mentorship regarding research methodologies. Provide input to public opinion surveys and focus groups. Provide training and mentorship to team members. Must be able to conduct numerical and trend analysis within noisy environments with multiple distractions. Must be able to nimbly respond to the customers inquires or provide solutions as required. Occasionally may be required to travel under hazardous conditions with limited protection. Requirements: • 5 years of experience conducting statistical analysis at varying levels of complexity. • Minimum of a Masters Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Econometrics, Anthropology, Criminology, or Political Science. • Experience in public opinion research, particularly surveys and focus groups. • Extensive experience with SPSS. • Extensive research skills and experience. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Occasionally required to travel under hazardous conditions with limited protection. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. • Knowledgeable and experienced working within a military organization. • Experience working in Afghanistan or Iraq.
